Shipping Times

Our packages usually reach the courier within 1-2 business days, and we calculate delivery time estimates based on business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. After the courier scans your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Occasionally, this process may take an additional business day. Please check your spam folder or email us at info@yourcodeyourcrown.com if you haven’t received your tracking number.

At Melonology, we dedicate ourselves to ensuring a seamless and reliable shipping experience for you. To ensure your orders reach you efficiently, we collaborate with reputable carriers such as:

After processing your order, we entrust your package to these trusted carriers for delivery. While we diligently monitor the shipping process from our end, it’s important to note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no direct control over its journey.

To give you peace of mind and keep you informed, we recommend closely monitoring the USPS and UPS websites for updates on the status of your order. These platforms will provide you with real-time tracking information, allowing you to stay updated on the progress of your package.

In the rare instance that you suspect your package may be lost or experiencing an unexpected delay, we advise reaching out to the respective carrier’s customer service. USPS and UPS have dedicated support teams who can assist you with any concerns regarding the delivery of your package. By directly contacting them, you can receive the most accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring a swift resolution to any potential issues.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer shipping insurance on every order. This covers your package if it is lost or damaged in transit. For damaged packages, please reach out so that we can file a claim. For lost packages, we allow 20 days after the courier pick-up date before we can file for a lost package.

Theft is not covered by shipping insurance, nor does Melonology cover theft.

Packages are reshipped once the claim is approved.

For damaged packages, it is required to take pictures of the damaged product and inside and outside packaging, this is required by our shipping insurance company.

If your product is in unsatisfactory quality when it arrives, then please send us pictures of the item showing the state that it arrived in. If you do not wish to receive a replacement for the item then we will initiate a refund at our discretion if we deem it to be necessary. Product may be required to be sent back for replacement or refund.
